No. This doesn't help me because a lot of his steps involves using the trouble shooter. I don't get an error code after the animation spins. It simply just stops and let's me click sign in again, then I click it again, the animation runs, then it stops. Then the cycle continues.BTW, I'm using Avast Anti-virus professional but not firewall.
