ive kinda had a problem like this...a trojan was blocking my internet, i got some help from matty. (he told me about my problem) and i ran a avirus scan i believe (it was awhile ago actually) and it fixed my problem, or maybe it was a fixtool, anyways...i think you shoiuld just run a virus scan and if that doesnt work, the best of luck to you
