Indeed I was mistaken, Thankyou Tasha - the update was never the Msn Messenger 7 update, it was just a 6.2 update.
I'm downloading the (newer) installer of 6.2 from:

As I want the installer on my computer for future use.
UPDATE: The 6.2 here is actually also OUT OF DATE, but the only place I could get the newer version was to update. Update and you'll find the NEW VERSION of 6.2 in:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MSN Messenger 6.2.0205
as a file:
MsnMsgs.Msi
The installer of 6.2 I had before must have been an older 6.2
