USB pen Format - Fail :S

PLEASSSSSSSE HELP

i tried to use my 128mb usb pen drive today in school and it wouldn't work.....i've just got home and plugged it in to my pc....and got 'g: is not formatted. would you like to format this drive now?' i click yes, set the options i wanted and pressed start...it starts to format but when the bar is full i get a message 'drive g could not be formatted'

i reaaaaaaaaally need this pen drive to work

i would use a website like streamload to transfer work but the school blocked it....

how can i fix it? or get it to work? thanks
