own configuration, we know it's working, that's why he posted... and he already tried in IE, no luck...
you can use HOSTS to manually configure the server IP... click
here to know how to do it.
basically you just have to add this line to the file
code:
download.com 216.239.115.148
www.download.com 216.239.115.148
cnet.com 216.239.115.131
www.cnet.com
if you need more IP addresses, just ask.
also note that this is a temporary issue and you should consider contacting your ISP about possible problems.
