Mess Patch defitively.
A-Patch has at least 3 bugs that have been there since 7.5 and never fixed
I reported it several times but nothing were done.
Mess Patch is great too because now, there's a new version who's compatible with Windows Live OneCare. See this thread for details:

Mess Patch is great too because of its original functions: Add a option button, sign-out button, add contact button on the dashboard (where you have your e-mail count, sharing folder)
