And I solved it by unlinking my WL ID from other IDs. However I still cannot be sure if this was the problem because I think I had the problem again with my account afterwards.
Personally I have all of my passport accounts linked to my private account, and my e-mail count is right. The team has updated the beta testers about this problem, but cannot discuss that here
