That part is the Scene [Microsoft used to call it Scene, but now it seems to call it Theme. works the same way].

Now, you'll only be able to replace the one in the contact list, just right click the scene area and choose "Change theme", "Personalize", or whatever the option is called [my PC broke and I've got no way to check it now sorry], then just select an image of your own.

The conversation one is defined by your contact, you'll see the scene he chooses as his one in his contact list.

Remember to unhide them in the options panel to be able to see them!

"Not a Lie" will hide some annoying lies, and "A lie" will restore them, btw, if you ever need to know which one to choose

Sry but i dont wanna change the scene like that. Idk if you have seen the skin assasin creed, the background of the contact list and the conversation window is on the whole window there is no division between the pic you choose and the theme/scene.

Oh, so you wasnt to change the whole background, I guess Just navigate to the skin folder again, and you'll find a folder called "Backgrounds", just repace one of those, and make sure to keep the name and extension of the file you replace. Then, just activate it in the options panel.

[For example, move drop.jpg to /Backgrounds, remove Aqua.jpg, and rename drop.jpg to Aqua.jpg, and then enable "Aqua" background in the panel]

As you have seen in the image i have 2 separated thing the background changeable by your script and the theme that WLM has i wanna have it like the same thing like is shown is the bottom part of the picture where all is background and there is no theme. Is that possible with your script if not could you consider adding that option in a later version please?

In any case, it is possible. Just select "Remove scene" in the Contact List section of the Options Panel.

Where is that? I dont see that option available on WLM 2011.

It's under basic settings > contact list > remove > scene and basic settings > conversation window > remove > scene; in the options panel [the two cogs button in the contact list]

Sooo, I'm curious. How come the default background option isnt the actual default background?
At least for WLM 2011. Both the top and bottom are blue while without the skin the bottom is more like a really light grey.

I mostly use this to "clean up" the interface (removing stuff I never use) so I'd really like to have the actual default background if possible.
