Its possible but like I mentioned in my last post this issue was also happening before I started beta testing Vista

what system was you using prior to vista?

I was not having this problem in XP SP2.  It is blinking again for me with the tabs turned off, I rebooted and all is well now.  But I still really want the tabs back.

Before Vista I was using XP Professional

I was having that problem on XP SP2 but now on Vista it seems like it's fixed.
