Of course you could, but you wouldn't. There are lots of cases like that on the net, where data is available if you're determined enough, but it's not easy to get. It would take a while to gather it all, it wouldn't be updated in real time, it wouldn't be official, and it would probably get you banned.
In this case it wouldn't even be that useful.
As for why I consider it a privacy issue... let's say a personal friend of mine (remember this is only an example
) registers and I don't really want everyone to know that I know him, but I still want to give him a rep. Currently it would be difficult for people to know unless they happened to view the friend's reputation page.
Also, if all my comments for different people could be easily compared, then people might joke that "omg WDZ likes User A more than User B," or come to other unfounded conclusions like that.
It's kinda silly, but even so, I think privacy outweighs the need for non-admins to have access to the list, and I'm not changing anything.
