hi there im in need of some help, my girlfriends comp wont let her upgrade her msn from v7.0 if she tries 7.5 or even wlm it simply says it wont let her on (cant remember the exact error code or message) but then she reinstalls 7.0 and all is cool

any one have any ideas why this??

oh i mis read it.  I understood it as she couldnt install it ...but i read it too fast..it says able to get on or sign on
