That would be because Live Mail is not a huge beta compaired to the other betas. Not only that, there support team is larger.

Kal means that if you don't have invites, you cannot download it..

plus to all that, inspite of having me invited since more than 2 month, i still have 0 invites, the reason i guess it is because many are getting it without bothering them selves and joining the beta, you suddently see the switching button in you inbox.

Live mail is fast with replying, but don't get fooled, almost every mail you'll get is an automated reply, so they don't actually have to do that much. 

Usually I get a reply within 24 hours, last WLM issue I contacted support for, I got  a reply within 6 hours. That's about the fastest reply I got so far.

well no in this case the were not automated replies, because i was replying , and they were replying back, and the actuall discussion shows that they were not automated
