I've never like Sven Goran Ericksson to be honest though, I think hiring him was a severe mistake. I think Rooney is good but not that good, so him being out will only drop the chances a bit.. I want to see how Theo Walcott will play in the matches, if he plays really well then we may have a chance .

Im backing England but i think either Germany or Brazil will win.

I will support Englan, but they will get knocked out in the quarter-finals. Unless Sven puts Gerrard in a better position they will have no chance. He needs to score goals like the one in the FA Cup Final.
Brazil will win for sure though. The final will be Brazil and either Argentina/Portugal or France.
