RE: Can't Run The installshield???
Try reinstalling the InstallShield Engine (had to do that a few times before)

Press F8 before the loading screen of XP appears. Select Safe mode, and select the Operating System thereafter.
Edit: Btw, what's your version of installshield?

I'm not smart when it comes to technology but I just can't restrain myself from asking. Are you sure you're logged into a administration account on your computer?
Let's roll kids, we're gonna party like the amish.

I was going to say that, its saying you don't have privileges, so sounds like your not on an administrator account to me. Don't think it's a problem with InstallShield.

Looking again, it seems like its trying to install IKernel because you don't have it yet -- is this a fresh installation of windows? Anyway, yeah, try running it as Administrator.

RE: Can't Run The installshield???
The error message says that it is trying to create a folder, but that folder has an invalid path. I think that there may be something wrong with the installer.
Try running the installer from the root of a volume (eg put it in C:\ then double click it.).
Also, are you sure that the exe you have is the whole game? Often, InstallShield installers for games are many files.
