Haha, now he added me with admin@msgpluslive.net. Boy this guy must think we're idiots.
Edit: I also got his ip address. It traces to New Delhi, India. Can anyone else confirm that?

Get him/her to type !IP (if they have it) or theres another way to do with cmd and file transfer but i can't say anymore cos we are not allowed to say it on here |

Can't Patchou register the e-mail this guy is using, and ask for a password recovery from the passport site?  |

No need for Patchou to register the e-mail, he must have got an email from .net passport using which he can allow or disallow the person using his account with Messenger.
