I used to have this friend that i liked..
but he changed
He started to keep spamming me on wlm.
So i blocked him.
Unblocked him awhile later to give him another chance. And he continued to spam. so i blocked and removed him.
But now he spams me by email.
How can i stop him?

Remove him from hotmail, and delte him from hotmail's allow list so that all he emails go into junk
In most (web) email clients, you have two choices:
(1) Create a filter that automatically deletes emails from him or sends them to a spam folder
(2) Report emails from him as spam. (in many email clients, the spam filter will adapt and automatically report him as spam)
