RE: Official Windows Live Messenger 8.5 Beta - Released!
Do not, I repeat, do NOT do this trick to make the current version of Plus! work with Messenger 8.5 (or at least, don't publicize it). I'm already working on a quick fix for this new beta, you'll get it faster than you think.
(after all, what's the point of having Plus! in the new Messenger if the quick icons panel does not even display the bunny? I bet you didn't think of that)

Is there a way to run both 8.1 and 8.5 at the same time? I remember doing it with MSN messenger. O.o

Rename your current MSN Messenger folder to something else, then install Windows Live Messenger 8.5 :)

I can't get any of the new installers past stage 2
Preparing your computer for installation
on either Vista x64 or XP x64
64bit issue? I've not tested on 32bit
Rebooting to fix www.liveside.net
