Lol, earlier i had a problem with my DNS server, and when windows suggested looking in windows help, it tries to download the help files from their site, lol stupid or what. An internet connecton problem and it tries to download help files

Unfortunatly, thats how things work nowadays.

But its sort of stupid if theres a connection problem, or say a computer needed help that didnt have an internet connection, then what?

Smarten up or call Microsoft .

Microsoft no longer includes the help files with the OS? O_o

I think it depends on the help file

The main ones i think are included, but a lot of the "custom" ones you have to download

Sometimes if i had an internet problem I would get something like "Visit microsoft.com/somethingsomething for more help.
