Well, I agree with you here, because I and many other people do this alot, especially with the

or
emoticons. Other than that however, I don't see a problem with the rules and don't see any of your points as valid.

There is such a thing as the "delete" option. You can delete posts, so if you double post the same thing you can go back and delete it.

I suppose technically there shouldn't be any new member threads. There is
one thread in the General forum for introductions and that is it, so any other introductions shouldn't be there.
In short, I just don't agree with you, other than on the first point I made. I think the rules are well written and should be followed without any further complaints.
