What it does. When you send this command, anyone in the conversation will automatically reply with RPSr RPSp or RPSs. These you should all map to custom emoticons for rock paper scissors respectively.

[To install]
Extract the dll from this zip into your plugins directory and reboot.
Extract the 3 icons to anywhere you like, and add them as custom emoticons
RPSr -> the rock icon
RPSp -> the paper icon
RPSs -> the scissors icon
I will work on a more complex plugin later which in my mind will work like the word duel game built into messenger, but that is for later
