Instructions
Shutdown MSN Messenger
RENAME YOUR CURRENT MSGLANG.DLL TO SOMETHING
Unzip the file to C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger (or whereever you have MSN Messenger installed.)

Restart MSN Messenger
