O.P. Huh?  Windows XP compressed (zipped) folder
First off sorry if this is in the wrong place, but would appreciate help on it anyway!!!

The Windows XP "compressed (zipped) folder" function has dissappeared on my PC :'(

This is the feature where you right click in a folder and select new and it says new "compressed folder" or something.  I used this feature alot, and would like it back if anyone knows how it would be great.

anyway thanks in advance for any help!! :D and sorry once again if this is in the wrong place!!
What does God want? Does God want goodness or the choice of goodness? Is a man who chooses the bad perhaps in some way better than a man who has the good imposed upon him?

RE: Windows XP compressed (zipped) folder
Hmmm
You mean:
Right Click on a file->Send to->Compressed Ziped Folder ?
Hmmm.,..
Can you go to Start->Run and type sendto and see if "Compressed (zipped) Folder" is there?
YouTube closed-captions ripper (also allows you to download videos!)

To "repair" the feature, go to Start > Run and type "regsvr32 zipfldr.dll" then restart the PC.

If you're using winrar it doesn't show because all compressed files will be opened with winrar. If you choose "WinRAR Archive" it's the same.
