Listen guys (and ladys)..
I was doing some fotos pasting in MS Pain() and i thought that program was a bit RETARDED...so i decided to go after a good one on the net...
The best i found was this one...

that one is good...speacially those filters in it..
But it's free ware with some restrictions...
Ain't anybody got one that is free and it's as good as vimans photo editor or good?
