What Do I Click On? (When I'm There)

You use the search at the top, and select Visual Basic from the drop down list.

The Closest I could find was the
    AltaVista: Babel Fish Translator Buddy
But when you use it, it opens a new window.

I want to know how Plugins insert the Translated text into Conversation Windows.
