hi i got a problem with the Messenger Plus...I download it 1 month ago...Today i opened it and told me that there's an upgrade available...I pressed yes but told me that an error occured and the download wasn't finished....Why????


Also i went in the messenger then in the window plus and then about,check for update and told me no update is available at this moment!!!!!!


Please answer me to these questions..

havent seen if the update worked i mean the url u gave me but i got 2 questions..

1)why told me that an error occured during download??
2)and why whereas i havent downloaded the upgrade i go to the plus ,about,and then check for updates and told me no update is avalilable???

1. Maybe the file was corrupted (if u use a dl manager: don't! These programs sometimes criple your download, it's ok for downloading pictures but not for installationfiles) just try again manually, if it doesnt work then either: try dl plus! from a mirror.
2. I don't know, maybe plus detected it as dl-ed an installed? =/
Does it tell u that too after u done a reboot or a restart of MSN?

I don't know then...all i can advice u is to dl plus! manually to make sure u have the latest version installed (choose safe to computer..an install from that folder after the dl is finished).

choose safe to computer:u mean right click in the setup file then properties??All i casn see is only to read and hidden...As for the 1st question no i dont have a download program...and now as for the 2nd question now when i press check for updates tells me that an update available but the download stucks in 9% or 6% or ib 17% and i can only delete it by press ctrl alt-delete.....u know what i mean?

Sunshine means right click the file and choose to save it to your computer.

why cant i do it from the messenger why does it stuck or tells me that there's an error?

can u answer me to that?when i try to download it it stucks or tells me an error occured...Why?
