A-Patch has nothing to do with Plus, only with MSN itself..

Yeah... I've already tried to remove the banner using a patch I found on mess.be, but the "ie javascript error" is still here.

Maybe it's not the banner, but the config MSN requests from the server..

Or the games/applications things

I would like to point out that, since Plus! only uses the Internet for stat reports and Custom Sounds, it doesn't interfere with the inner workings of Messenger at all, especially not the embedded IE instances or the protocol. Therefore, the JavaScript error you're seeing is to do solely one of the pages Messenger requests from the Internet.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, so please don't read think I am. I'm just stating the facts as I understand them, and applying my own knowledge and experience to the situation to come up with a logical conclusion. I'm sure that this JavaScript error is like the millions of others you may see during a Web surf - mistakes in the script. If MSN is aware of these mistakes, it will correct them, and the error will disappear by itself.

If it happens again, could you see if you can get a screenshot of the dialog? It should contain the address of the page containing the error.

LOL... I can't reproduce this issue anymore. If I'll have this issue again, I'll take a screenshot (however... it was a page of http://rad.msn.com )

Uncheck Display a notification about every script error
Check Disable script debugging.

Most likely its caused by the Ads or MSN Today.

Yep - it's the ads.

I understand that Messenger Plus! doesn't affect Internet Explorer, but, if the problem is only occuring when Messenger Plus! is installed, it could be being caused by the sponsor program if it is also being installed, because that does affect Internet Explorer.
