I've understand everything very clearly... And also, I never called the plugin stupid, I called it useless. Big difference there... thank you.... btw, jmccarroll understood it also....

What do you mean? that (!IP) doesn't give your external IP? For that there are plugins, see "CookieRevised's reply to Idea for (!IP)"...

But these will become useless also, because Patchou is going to implement it directly into the new Messenger Plus! 3.10 (available soon):
(!IPN) will show the IP's of your network (the ones you see now)
(!IP) will show the external true IP's

Excellent !

Can I suggest a feature for a futur MsgPlus version?

/clear -n to delete the n last lines in a conversation window (with n negativ)

I know it's not really usefull.. but I need that.. I'm trying to make a plugin to do that.. but have some problems *-)

ok...you didn't understand what i want mean here...
:$

when u type /clear 1 you keep the last line...
it's a FIFO method here... you are deleting the first sentences with /clear command
:^)

I need to delete the last conversation lines.. not the first!!!
I need FILO method...
I'm suggesting to implement that directly in MsgPlus (not needing plugin). Not necessary to create new command, just with little modifications in the method  to use negativ parameter to delete by the end of the conversation...

I hope the Plus! version will give the proper external IP, not the NTL proxy-type thing im behind (in front of my NAT) that some of the plugins give.  However, I'm using a plguin atm that accurately gives your external IP, to be found here:

Yes, read the thread I've pointed out earlier in this thread, and read it till the end where Patchou clearly states how he is going to implement it...
Also, in that same thread I already listed all (?) the "external IP finder" plugins (except for MD, but that isn't a plugin.... but will be added soon nevertheless)

The contact must to have the plugin too

To use it:

Open a conversation window with the contact you want the IP
and use the syntax:

/xip contact_mail

example:

/xip orkblutt@msn.com

You can find the IP plugin in the file bellow:

any way to make a plugin like this that doesn't require plugin on the other side (maybe using netstat or something similar)

p.s.
some of my contact doesn't use messenger plus! at all so I cannot asks for plugin installation.
