Front Page 2003 you use it in your computer but it makes for great results.

I'd suggest Dreamweaver MX 2004 It's also a client software

However, whatever you use, things will get a lot easier if you are familiar with HTML tags, javascripts and CSS

yes mnjul i do use dreamweaver mx 2004 quite hard though

yep dreamweaver is the best site designing software imo as well
i find frontpage just too....... microsoft-ish

Blah! I find I use Notepad more than anything to edit my webpages. Its fast to load, and has all the features I need

Actually Dreamweaver is the way to go if you are starting out. Its easy to use, and has a plethora of features. Be sure to look at the code often, as its important to be able to know what everything does. Dreamweaver isn't flawless, so there may be times when you need a quick tweak of the code.

Studio MX 2004 is the best software EVER made... not just Dreamweaver, Fireworks is AWESOME for webpages as well... when I am feeling really lazy I throw something together in about 5 mintues with Fireworks and they always look great!!
