"we are looking into it in future versions" = not in first release of msn 7
another thing which i find a bit dodgy is that none of the experts are complaining about the betas being leaked. seems that they might have done it on purpose to speed up the dev
"I want to fix that in my memory forever. Draco Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret."

Aragorn -"A PEA!! A PEA!! Under my saddle, look Legolas!!! A pea!! Surely only the true King could feel a tiny
pea under all that leather!!!"[/align]

Not everybody who worked on MSN Messenger attended the chat.
Also the experts have all their own expertise. They will answer what they can. That most of the questions aren't specificly about the beta isn't the fault of the experts though.Don't expect too much from such chats, obviously there will be lots of spam and "stupid" questions when more then 200 people at the same time are asking stuff to a handfull of people. Overall, this was a far better and to the point/topic chat then the last one.

Haha, just kidding. The end was pretty funny, when she gave out her e-mail address I threw in a "Are you single" question. Another MSN dev told me she was married on MSN (He was in the chat too, though I got more answers on MSN than in that whole chat). So, just out of fun :)

Edit: lmao Toddy.. No believe it or not, I already have a g/f ;)

Very true...

Unfortunately I missed it due to personal reasons :(

You speak about new features in new version as a bad thing?
May I ask why? Personally it does not make sense?

Don’t you get something to look forward to??

True as well, after reading the transcript, I was disappointed in the number of 'silly' and pointless questions, and also was disappointed that some questions that I had prepared to answer had not been asked. Which really was quite a surprise. Questions like why we have removed the Traditional proxy support.

All I can do now is to promote the new public beta, which will be released soon :)

Yours

Mr. T
