hehe thanks for posting that but nah, i wont update my windows just to make a plug in work i was wondering if there was something i could do with the standard edition of windows 98, but it's ok if there's not thanks for replying anyway, means a lot.

No need to update your Windows... jsut download Media Player 9 from Microsoft's website.

it says it's only compatible with windows 98 SE -second edition-, are you sure it wont cause me any troubles considering that i have the first-?

No, not to use this feature, but 98 has major security issues and many bugs. those are all fixed in 98SE (hence the major reason for SE). If you go on the net regulary, use 98SE instead...

How did you do that???
Sure I can download it but I can't install wmp 9, the installation program doesn´t let you go further than a message telling me what I already know (I can't install wmp 9 unless I have at the very least win 98 SE)

If you did it I certainly wanna know how
