Ive never had anyproblems with speedfan.
So there is nothing in your bios ? No where to change FSB, Multi, vcore  ? Also is your bois version up to date?

Well, there's nothing that I saw that would be used to overclock. I'll check again later though.
I also have no clue how to update my BIOS

my computer is only about 2 month old so i think it should be up to date

I typed in the manufacturer of my BIOS (American Megatrends) and I came up with this page

All I can say is:

just leave it then.
