Mmmm, no. You can send the song via File Transfer (the normal Send File thing).
This feature is for sounds, not songs. And I think sounds are no longer than a few seconds.

I think, if one
really needs to send a longer sound, the max should be 20 seconds. No more than that, because WAV files are very big, even for a few seconds of sound.
If you look at an audio CD, you'll get what I mean. Each track is a WAV, and 4 minutes can be as big as 40-50MB. Yup...
