Out of curiosity. The people who are experiencing this problem have you guys by anychance used any programs to Patch the Messenger exe? In other words prorams that will hide the banner or remove the Click here to customize messenger and or the MSN Today link on the contact list window?
If so then that is the reason why. You can either reinstall MSN Messenger or wait for Plus!
