O.P. i was close to overheat...
Well i was playing cs and gradually the vent of the power source became more of a light ffffffffff then a normal vrrrrrrrrrr...then it was impossible it could...i dont know...BANG any second the speed was the highest i have ever seen from a vent...now i changed the power cable and it's allright (yep the other was kinda dodgy) but i wont try CS again...i checked the wats of the cables and of the power source and i got stupified looking at it...the power source says 230 W (wich i guess is the max for the cable right?) and the cable is 250 W...anyway i probably fucked up the power source so i'm gonna have to install a new one...i'd like u to advise me of how many W should it have...thanks...

I think a 250 W or 300 W would do fine. I've got 3 HD's, a DVD burner & a floppy, all goin' off of a 250 W... course, I had to put in another fan, but that's besides the point :P

I've got 3 fans, 2 hdds, and 2 dvd drives (1 burner, 1 reader) going off a 350. So probably a 300-350 would be fine.
