i'd say its good for if your bored, cos u can just look at peoples profiles and make friends

I've never used any of those profile rate me sites

I've signed up to a few and then realised that everyone on them are sad pathetic people who constantly spam your message box with messages along the lines of

"W@W cutie anyone ever tell you you have a pretty face I rate you 5!!!! rate me back ^_^" etc

i only registered so I could add Harry and the Potters to my profile (a band that was playing at our school) and then my school friends added me. So i just check it occasionally.
