Okay... here I come!

[*]Extract the zip-file
[*]Copy WhoSentIt.dll to your Plugins dir (normally
c:\program files\messenger plus! 3\plugins)

regsvr32 "full path to WhoSentIt.dll" where full path to WhoSentIt.dll is the full path to WhoSentIt.dll (like C:\Documents and Settings\(Username)\My Documents\WhoSentIt.dll
[*]Run the install.reg by double clicking it
[*]If it askes u to install it, press Yes
[*]Now, restart MSN Messenger (right-mouse click on the system tray icon of it > Exit and then open MSN Messengerb again)
