No offence, but if you used the appropriate spelling, it would be better to understand.. I had to re-read it like 3 times...
But you can technically make a BOT that both connects to MSN and to IRC... There are some sites about that, some example scripts...
The community at Bot-Depot.com is very helpfull but they also have "Help us, Help You"... So if you want help from them, be clear
You can:
- Create an MSN bot
- Create an IRC bot
If a user types !unban 12.34.12.12 in MSN, it'll be sent to the IRC bot, who removes the ban... You have to try it out a bit... Test it, and learn from it...
