have you tried both of those?

I had the same problem a couple of minutes a go.Then I got in and the contact list was blank. Then I signed out and in again and its all working again.

I suggest just give a while most likely a server problem....

yes it seems a few people are experiencing it, so i just have to wait i guess.

i have skynet adsl from belgium
perhaps problem with the lines between msn servers and us
