No you don't, it's not anyones fault but your own if you do not report the spam messages. Not only that, you have the option in your control panel to only allow messages from registered users. If you dont want people to abuse it, then don't allow guests to send you messages, simple.

You report it immediatly, the account will be suspended/deleted and user banned from the site :banana:.

Yeah, but again if you don't want dodgy messages from non registered users go to your contrl panel and disable them :p.

Yeah, and even if you DO know them, they might not have been invited to Web2Messenger, maybe they even don't want to have an account...

The point in this thing is that if your at a place were you dont have MSNM and need to get a message to someone very fast, all you have to do is send a message through the bot and when the user signs in it is instantly delievered. Especially, when you know someone is online the message gets to the person instantly which makes it very usefull.
