A 12-year-old boy from Wigan, Greater Manchester, England, appeared before Wigan magistrates court today on rape charges. He has been remanded into secure accommodation.
The boy has been accused of raping an 8-year-old boy, and has been charged with two counts of rape and seven counts of sexual assault. Other charges involve three counts of engaging a child in sexual activity.
The boy will have to appear before the Wigan Youth Court on 23 August.

It's not necessarily straight upfront like that, it's how people interperate the TV program they saw, and how they act upon it. Most people just watch a movie and then continue thier daily tasks, however some people decide to act on that however way they perserved the program.
