I recently got a message that now I can add a mobile phone to someone's contact but I didn't do it at the time and now I can't remember how I'm supposed to do it.

Anyone can tell me.

Click add contacts... and check the Create contact from mobile number.... That should do the trick.

When I click on add a contact I don't have the option of adding someone by cell number

What version of MSN do you have?.... I'm running version 7.5.0299

Same version with the new Plus also

Right click a contact > Add a Mobile number for this contact?

Is that option missing? if so try getting the latest MNS from msn.com

Can't do that way neither - doesn't have that option.

Perhaps I need to re-install it?  What do you think??

Yeah, reinstall is probably your best bet.

No, I think it is because of regional issues, I don't have that option either, I'm from Mexico.
Or maybe you should set your number first in MSNM options.
