What was your shortcut you set?

it was ctrl+L

And what is your messenger lock shortcut?

chancse are you just crashed it by using the plugin and the inbuilt messenger lock

press Ctrl + Alt + Del and look for msnmsgs.exe and click End Process then sign back in and change your shortcuts

ive tried this - tested it and it says the shortcut (alt+l) is ok but when try it all it does is sign me out of 1 of my msn's {i use polagramy} abd with the other 1 it just hides the tray ikon leaving my msn windo open

Well polgramy could effect this as it is not designed to be in Msn Messenger itself, maybe for reasons like this
