It wasn't tightened a few days ago, about 2-3 weeks ago.
I've got a check-up in about a week.
I've got a gap in my front two teeth which he is trying to get rid of so I can see why they would be loosening.
I think I done something to them so it tightened the brace, because it was hurting a few days ago after I done that.. now I remember; which therefore caused it to loosen.
