So stop calling it FF its Fx

I don't see any major problems with calling it FF, apart from the fact I sometimes get confused and think people are talking about Final Fantasy (;p).

If people want to call it FF, then I think they should let them... I don't see why it is called Fx anyways ...

I know it is all explained there, but what they're saying still makes no sense, if it is only one word, then it would be called "F" rather than Firefox. Plus, when you abbreviate you don't usually abbreviate the first and the last letters of the word to get "Fx", you usually abbreviated the most obvious letters... Either way "Firefox" seems like two words anyway, which is most probably why people called it FireFox or FF.

When u say it (Firefox) the 2 FF stand out, so imo, FF is better since people will understand it more easily...

Fx..? sounds like an effect or somethin...

Isn't Fx then name of a television channel anyway? The Fox channel?

FX is really the name AMD use for there Cpu's an i dont know if it could really be called Fx

I guess they want it to be Fx not FF cause FF is an established acronym for Final Fantasy. FirefoX

I always call it MF, it seems the most logical acronym to me.
