maybe all you lazy, erm, people could just type Firefox instead of having to abbriviate it. This then leads to the bonus of having no-one be confused, not even people new to PC's who wouldnt understand the abbriviations meant FF for Firefox and IE for Internet Explorer, i know it took me a while to work out IE = Internet Explorer....
I call FX = IE because all my friends (that arent on this forum) they as what browser I use. I have to say IE because if I say FireFox/FX they are like "what is that" then I give them the download and explain how to use.

I call it fireffox, becuase FF is already taken by Final Fantasy.. it would be too confusion to talk to some game maniac and say.. hey .. did you get the new version of FF?
"ohh yeah, ff is the best man, great pop up blocker, ad remover"
then the game dude will just be like:
"WTF are you talking about? pop up blocker? I was talking about FInal Fantasy X2"
