As I told a lot of people who answered my question : "You guys only have a question, a couple of words assembled in a sentene. If you o t bed not knowing tonight, you won't suffocate. I got a situation, what the hell do I do now? "

Completely agreed there!... There seems to be some typos yet that you'd have to fix... near the end you have as one of the headings... the one about the "but's"... you have "The but.s.." or something like that.

Im sure there are a lot of mistakes and everything. But i've written this in about 3 days non-stop, I go through these mistakes without even realizing them. I do have some friends who will help me correct the final edition though :)

Also, the font is hard on the eyes presentation wise... and it's a little big... And, most of it is buzzwords and useless information, if you skipped to the points (yes, even including the important parts of each chapter) you could have easily made this a page and a half.

Haha, if everyone hates it so much, why is it so hard for most people to quit? 8-)

Then maybe it just isn't the best thing ?

Why not just say that? It's not really necessary to go through that much just to bring something of that simple of thinking to light...

I wanted to make my ideas the clearest possible.

I like that you've thought hard about this... but this is fairly simple minded thinking, you haven't thought about how someone could want to lose something so much that their willpower overpowers their feeling for it, and you haven't thought of how people could eventually lose feeling for it either...

You have a point here, some things are missing, and this i sactully why i am taking remarks and suggestions, people come with questions and I realize I may have forgotten little parts in there. It will be fixes as soon as possible.

But btw.. if that's thing is the best thing u known.. u dont wanna loose u.. u know u have to.. but u dont want to.. if u do want to.. it's not the best thing im afraid

For the second part, about loosing the feelings, I have the sensation u haven't read  the " but's " i suggest u too. Though I agree it's not clear enough, adn that a part should be added for that.

BTWWW.. how did u do to get this in text.. *dodgy.. I put it in pdf so ppl couldnt copy.. :(

Because you liked the feeling it gave you (not "you", your brain.) 8-)

Acrobat 7.0 has a select option to select and copy text, not sure about previous versions.

If it has hurt you, your feeling for it either overpowers your hate (and therefore you don't want to lose it and have no reason to) or your hate overpowers your feeling (which will help you realize you need to lose it)

If you know you need to lose it but have too much feeling for it still, then you're on the right track, you just need to try as hard as you can to overcome your feelings (maybe smoking was a bad example, but you see my idea)

Not really... didn't give me much of a feeling at all... my head and my body made me want one any time I smelt cigarette smoke... If i'd see a pack just laying there i'd always be tempted to take some....

I've overcome it. I still get urges... But have been smoke free for about 7 months.

EDIT (after shawnz's post right before mine): Yes... I got the point :p... and yes you probably could've used a bit of a better example... but oh well.
