EDIT: Don't like the design anymore they keep eliminating... 0562 was still OK but soon all we have is a white window with some names in it

anyone else have a bug with the now playing feature in 0.566? They wont display correctly for me except for those users also using 0.566. It leaves out the artist for every contact using a previous version.

Eg: Msn name -  - song name

Does anyone have the problem of redownloading the same build everytime they prompt to update? If it still continues to redownload and install the same build, I can't use anymore

• Download the file
  
• Go to Start > Run > type in %temp% and press enter.
  
• Search those files for the one which should be around 13.5mb (it will have a random name but you should be able to work out from the tooltip.
  
• Move that file to My Documents, or the desktop or anywhere you remember.
  
• Remove Messenger BETA from your computer in the control panel
  
• Run the installer you have recently moved

It should work fine after that

Really? You would think they would fix that with a new build. I didnt notice because i never used 562, i went from the first build 3 whatever to 566.

thats why there's more ongoing Beta testing to get all the Bugs

I HATE the interface for the new build.. i hate it so much, i want to go kill MS employees who came up with this new one..  Plus should have an option to change the skin back to the old build.  I hate this one because you dont have much color control, the icons suck, its silver... (black desktop), its not sleek at all, everythings so... blocky..

Please, important ppl that read this, make plus have skinning options.

You need to remember, Doonce, that this is still in BETA. This is NOT the final UI design. It is most likely going to change as for the majority of the managed testers do not like the washed out feeling of this build. If we complain enough, it will get changed .

they can't seem to get a good UI can they hopefuly they give us more colour control, the colours arn't dark enought right now
