I hope you're not refering to my program call MemSkin+... It allows you to run memory skin indeed. It works on all versions of messenger than use Resources. (Which is pretty much all of them ) However, the skins are not interchangable for version.  Meaning each skin will need to be for 1 version of Messenger.

Back on topic:
Good job. Fix your mistake in the WLM section. (msncore.dll is the user interface library, not the resource containment library)
