O.P. [REQ] User Actions?
On gaim and other linux messengers it tells you if the other client has closed the conversation, minized it, etc etc can anyone create that?

Its not that easy because you are not provided with any information from the protocol.

Edit : I think its also an invasion of privacy.

yes, but its an invasion of privacy and the "<nickname>has closed the conversation" is no longer reliable due to the protocol...

You can do it based on DP handling, but it's not reliable anymore.

No you can not (unfortunatly)....

Because it isn't reliable anymore you even have no clue what-so-ever to even guess if it was a genuine closed/opened conversation or not. This said, statements like "it works, but isn't reliable" are wrong and they should simply be: "It does not work at all anymore...period".

You have a better chance in guessing random numbers than being able to determine if a open/closed window notification was correct or not.
