hello NiteMare
in the Version 3.0.17, the countDown do not display the final message....
view a trace file
& Sometimes, if we start countDown too much near the date of the end, the script does not stop the countDown and crosses in mode count.
(In spite of the good options marked)

check your debug window, and paste any errors in to a text file, and please post it, i'll take another look to see if i can find the problem when i get home,
also check the more settings page, to make sure the option to display the final message is checked.

you mean if not contacts are online, or only blocked contacts are online? |

just consider that an online but blocked contact is an offline contact for not refresh the countdown
